This is (Caleb's mom). Just thought I'd respond about AOI.

They are very good about getting you in with any concerns outside of

your appointment time. If you have concerns, please contact them.

If you feel comfortable doing so, I'd suggest asking for Abe to help

you. We had a great relationship with him and he was informative

when we had concerns. You will be scheduled for checkups

periodically. I believe it is typically every 4 weeks. Caleb went

at odd times, because we had some fit issues as he grew so fast. The

helmet had to be trimmed because of his growth several times. They

really want you to bring them in if you have concerns. We'd just

call and they'd tell us to bring him in. No scheduled appointment.

We'd just call and go in when we could that day. (We live 1 1/2

hours away.) I hope that helps and that Naomi gets great correction!
