Advice/Experiences in Management...

I'm curious about management positions within PT clinics/facilities and was

interested in

whether or not I may be able to get the opinions or advice of those in such a

position. What

is the worst/most frustrating part of management in PT? What is the

surprisingly easy when

it comes to running a facility? How long did it take to get there and how/in

what areas do

you intend to grow? What were your experiences getting to where you are and

what were

some of the challenges you faced? What would people be surprised to know about

running a

clinic?

On top of this search for advice/information, I'm curious as to the desire for

women's health

specialists in PT clinics. Is it present in your facility or do you feel a need

for that type of

specialist? If a women's health specialist is present, what is unique about

that situation and

has it changed your clinic/facility at all? Do you think they are necessary?
