Guest guest
Dear all, Re: /message/8606 The question here is who can coordinate GIPA?. A good coordinator who understands the problems and emotions of positives and those are involved with GIPA activities. Should he/she be a positive individual? It is very good if s/he is a positive individual who is sensitive and sensible who can coordinate the large number of positives and very large number of negatives (and those with unknown status but identify with negatives) and working in the government and non government system. It is good just because it gives an employment opportunity for a marginalised person. Can s/he be negative? okay if s/he can coordinate the large number of positives and very large number of negatives (and those with unknown status but identify with negatives) and working in the government and non government system.better than any one else available. How can we decide? is there any evidence there? if yes let us go by that if not let us make some.
