Dear List Serve,

Anyone with any experience with Windsor Health Plan, Inc. re: Medicare

Advantage health plan. They have two offices, one in Brentwood, TN and the

other

in Dallas, TX. They are apparently expanding coverage to LA and sending out

provider enrollment applications.

Any feedback is appreciated.
