Lucknow: PLHAs are dying due to the Referral Game of Hospitals.

Dear forum

It is an appeal to the public health system of U.P. The services offered to the

people living with HIV in UP is becoming a farce. Particularly, the service

offered to the PLHAs from different districts coming to the capital of the state

whether it is matter of KGMU Lucknow or Civil Hospital they directly refuses

to give service to a PLHAs in different departments or to accept them at the ART

center when they came to know about their status.

" wo kahate hain ki yanha machine nahi hain agar hain to Positive ke liye nahin

hain kahni or jao " .

And they refer the patients to seek required services to other hospitals.

PLHAs are dying due too this show called referral. When we talk about the rights

of citizen of India Constitution clearly says that each and every person is

entitle to take the require services from the government system & State

Government should the patient be Positive or not.

We request the urgent attention of UP SACS in this matter
