Hi , 3-19-2008

For a great list of free online finess tests as well as the online

calculators to use them go to http://www.exrx.net/Testing.html .

It is very clear and easy to use online but the information must

then be transfered to a form of your own. They also sell that

information on CD for about $60 which might be a good value.

I have compiled a lot of the fitness testing formulas I

learned in PT school with a few newer tests into an

Excel spreadsheet which I provide for free to subscribers who

sign up for free internet training at our

www.cashPracticeSecrets.com web-site.

You actually could print out my spreadsheet and use it

along with the www.exrx.net site as well.

For equipment, I found it somewhat of a challenge to find a

12 " high step. I bought three step sets to get one up to 12 " high.

If a person has knee trouble you can always use a much lower

step setting and then just compare their initial to their later results.

I bought some inexpensive plastic skin fold calipers and a nice

" myotape " measuring

tape on ebay I believe. They seem to produce consistent results.

All the Best to you .

Cash is a fun way to practice.
