Use of aides in skilled care setting

Wondering what everyone has found regarding the use of PT aides in a

skilled care (hospital or nursing home) facility, with direct in-line

supervision.

would also like to have perspective and regulation insight on this one -

subacute and LTC settings - I am most familiar with limits set for outpatient

and med surg in the states of California and Illinois - but looking to be sure I

am on the right page with subacute and LTC -
