By TwoCircles.net staff reporter New Delhi: If an AIDS affected person marries while concealing his disease, his wife shall have full right to get her Nikah annulled, declared Islamic Fiqh Academy (IFA). After a meeting attended by Ulema, Islamic scholars and doctors in New Delhi, IFA came to the conclusion. It also declared that the right with the woman to get her marriage nullified will remain if a husband gets affected by AIDS after the marriage. The mother has right of abortion if it is believed that the infant might get affected through his mother, IFA announced. More than three thousand Ulema, Islamic scholars and doctors and experts related with various departments of life took part in the deliberation. IFA said more than 100 Ulema represented All India Muslim Personal Law Board, Darul Uloom Deoband and Jamaat-e-Islami Hind.
