Guest guest
Hi Ceri, I have Hypermobile EDS (type III) and have had problems with orthostatic intolerance for 15 years. The fainting and dizziness was a major problem 6 years before I was diagnosed with EDS. I drink 4 cups of coffee first thing in the morning and avoid all caffeine the rest of the day.
