Hi Ceri,

I have Hypermobile EDS (type III) and have had problems with orthostatic

intolerance for 15 years. The fainting and dizziness was a major problem 6

years before I was diagnosed with EDS.

I drink 4 cups of coffee first thing in the morning and avoid all caffeine
