Guest guest
Dear Group, I have a small out patient practice and while I was away on vacation I had another PT take my place to see patients. A patient did not return to therapy because I " heard " through the grapevine that he was not happy with the service. He told someone that the therapist was upset about something and complained to him about his personal problems for a minute or two??? And he said the therapist was fumbling with the equipment to get it to work...I know that this therapist is an excellent manual therapist and gave this individual the treatment he needed. He told me this. How do I write or call this client and make this right? I feel that I cannot apologize as that is admitting guilt?? This is a really small town and my business is growing. I really don't want this to affect that company, it really can in a small town. Any advice??? Thankyou, Leanora Premeau MPT Peak Performance PT Salida, Colo
