I was thinking, maybe we can create a quarterly drawing for patients who successfully complete their therapy with the possibility of winning a tv, ipod etc if they complete the following: 1. attend all scheduled appointments. 2. do not cancel, reschedule or no show for any of their appointments. 3. successfully complete all appointments as directed by their therapists. 4. made all applicable payments, deductibles, co payments and coinsurance payments then their names would be put into a drawing for that quarter. the drawing will take place on the first Monday after the quarter. the winner will be notified by phone call and letter to pick up their gift within 5 business days, otherwise the gift will be used for the next quarter drawing. let me know what you think. from Jersey Central PT --------------------------------- Never miss a thing.
