Guest guest
Dear Forum, Govt. of Delhi has been charging 4% VAT TAX (Value Added Tax) for a long time on all (1st,2nd & 3rd line) HIV/AIDS drugs. In the media and newspaper the Health Minister Mr Yoganand Shastri (Goverment of Delhi) promised so many times to make the mentioned drugs tax-free for the HIV+ people. I also met Mr Yoganand Shastri and made a written request to him about making the above drugs vat free. I know that some of the cancer drugs are vat tax-free.This is my humble request to both the health ministers Mr Yoganand Shastri (govt. of delhi) and Mr Ambumani Ramdos (govt. of India) to make the drugs Vat free for the HIV+ people. Hope for a Positive response from all concerned authorities. Regards Hari Singh DNP+ Mob:9891263535 E-mail: <hari_singhdnpplus@...>
