a...when I have a cold I always use Afrin Spray at night so I can

breathe and get a good night's sleep. That way I don't over do it, but it

really helps...and never forget good ole fashioned Vick's vaporub! None of

this has carbs!

Joya who hopes you get well really fast...don't forget to drink lots of

liquids!

Because I was going for the zinc in them, not the cough factor. These you can only takee a few times a day and research has shown that zinc prevents or reduces a cold. Not this one though.

But then I only ate one drop.

How come you didn't get the sugar free cough drops? They taste great and they do work well. Please visit our homepage at http://members.xoom.com/AChallengersYou will find information, recipes, before and after pictures. To contact the list owner please send mail to lindag@...Visit our 2000 Train Tour Site - http://www.brunnet.net/k & l/web_site_train_tour/actraintour.htm

Corky,

Do you have any essential oils? A soothing mixture for us has been to dot a cloth with 2 oils --- eucaluptus and lavender. Probably won't do what you want (clear out your sinuses) but the eucaluptus helps open things up and the lavender is soothing. I put the cloth near a humidifier and the whole room smells wonderful. I hope you feel better soon!
