That way I don't over do it, but it really helps...and never forget good ole fashioned Vick's vaporub! None of this has carbs! These you can only takee a few times a day and research has shown that zinc prevents or reduces a cold. Not this one though. A soothing mixture for us has been to dot a cloth with 2 oils --- eucaluptus and lavender. Probably won't do what you want (clear out your sinuses) but the eucaluptus helps open things up and the lavender is soothing. I put the cloth near a humidifier and the whole room smells wonderful.
