According to the Final Rule, Part B Therapy certifications can be good

for up to 90 days-no CRs have been released by CMS yet, however the

Final Rule is just that- Final. Meaning it has been passed and

effective 1/1/08. This is not the proposed, this is the final

Pierre,

It is final, but CMS is accepting comments on the

final rule. Here is the link to the final rule. If you

read the first page, it will give you the effective

date of most of the final rule with 2 sections being

final on July 1, 2008 and another section being final

on January 1, 2009.
