Susie, There is an herb (available at www.puritan.com) that takes away thesugar cravings. The herb is called gymnema sylvestre, commonly known as the Sugar Destroyer.

Then, put an M & M in your mouth and

chew to get the taste... mmmmmmm, tastes like your chewing a crayon, not a

piece of candy coated chocolate! When you take the pills, you no longer

enjoy desserts or sugary drinks!
