Oh I need that too. Anything that makes chocolate taste like wax is a GOOD thing to have on hand.

Susie, There is an herb (available at www.puritan.com) that takes away thesugar cravings. Kari knows the name of it (I forgot) and can let you know.Or if she will post the name of it I will look for it in the catalog andgive you the number. January is buy 2 bottles and get 3 free. The herb is called gymnema sylvestre, commonly known as the Sugar Destroyer.

Then, put an M & M in your mouth and

chew to get the taste... mmmmmmm, tastes like your chewing a crayon, not a

piece of candy coated chocolate! When you take the pills, you no longer

enjoy desserts or sugary drinks!
