Greetings from RNP+!!!

Its a great plaeasure for us that after nine days of agitation all the seven

demends had accepted at NACO and RSACS both PLWHAs, I would like to draw your

kind attention towards the hiddne maaasge that PLWHAs had come out and speak out

for their rights.

Dear Brijesh

Dr Bachani and myself have discussed your demands in depth.We are in total

agreement with your demands. I have personally discussed both the vital issues

related to care , support and treatment. The orders

for regional procuremnt of all OI drugs have been issued for all ART centres

have been issued and copy given to you and R SACS. The gujarat SACS will procure

Oi drugs for Rajasthan alos as they have done for Gujarat. I have explained the

second line expansion plan to you about which INP Abraham has also agreed .

About BPL card and Bus concession, NACO has already discussed this in connection

with a Supreme Court PIL and agreed for Supreme Court to issue necessary

directions to all States for the same. The railways

has also issued concession to PLHA for travel to ART centres.

The Ministry of Woman and child Developemnt has already launched schemes to take

care of orphan and vunlerable children and widows. The GIPA and conducive

environment for PLHA are part of NACP III and if there are problems on this ,

these cane discussed

The PD RSACS is being requested to kindly call you for discussions to his office

and in case you still have unresolved issues, you are welcome to discuss these

with NACO

I hope with this, you will call off your dharna . We are working for the same

cause and coordination through talks is the right wayto work toghether
