I have 15 guinea chicks coming on the 11th, so they'll take care of the tick problem. Even though the ticks are bad now, there is a month or so later on in the summer where they are extreme, so the guineas will be feasting! I'm just not going to give that power. Other than the bites itching an having a raised bump (like a mosqito bite), I haven't had too much. I can just see them struttin' around here. They crack me up. The sound they make, reminds me of birds who panic when they can't get off the road fast enough when a car in coming down it. "Go-back!
