I agree with the observations. We had been to Sitamarhi District in

March 2008 first week for our awareness and doctors training programme

and we also observed similar situation. Sitamarhi district had reported

earlier 3.7% prevalence in MAT I round conducted by BSACS 3-4 years

back.
