Transfer In-service Video for ALF

I had a question this week that I couldn't answer. I hope some of you might

have suggestions.

Our two Assisted Living Managers have asked if I know of a good transfer

video for ALF staff. They are also asking our liability carrier for

resources.

They do not have mechanical lifts. I was thinking gait belt use, one person

and two people transfers, plus assist from floor to standing (not a 4 person

dead lift). We will probably do some customized live training about every 6

months, but want something more for new hires and refreshers in between.
