Guest guest
I was not clear enough on my post. I was just wondering if Medicare would dislike my use of one code for my office P.T. charges? Each patient spends 30 minutes with the P.T. The activities always include different forms of hands on therapy, from myofascial release, muscle energy, joint mobs and even massage. Then some exercise is preformed by the patient under supervision of that same therapists. None these individual modalities by themselves are longer than a few minutes each. Can I code for my 30 minutes for all of the above under one code of THER. ACT x2? Thanks D. P.T.
