Guest guest
Diane, I've used Measurable Solutions as consultants. They do in office visits. I don't know the cost because I haven't had them come to my office, but know that they do that service. I've had a considerable growth with the management they've thought me and been happy with the service. They have a website and you can call them to ask. Guest guest
Diane, I owned and operated a private practice for 18 years. Three years ago I started working with Measurable Solutions to provide In Office Visits (IOVs). I am also a licensed practice consultant. There are really two reasons to do an IOV. The first is that the practice is really doing well and the owner wants to take it to the next level in preparation for expansion or sale. The other reason is that the practice is struggling and the owner cannot figure out what to do. A Typical IOV consists of staff training as well as an analysis of the practices statistics. The intention of an IOV is to help the owner confront things about the practice, and themselves, that may be holding the practice back. A good consultant will not go in and try to solve all of the problems, but will assist the owner and executives in taking responsibility for their areas. Usually, an IOV takes 3 or 4 days and following the visit, you and the consultant will develop a strategic plan for implementing programs specifically designed to handle the problems. I would be happy to discuss this with you. You may contact me at . Rob Jordan, PT, MPT, GCS, OCS Sent from iPhone > Diane, > > I've used Measurable Solutions as consultants.
