Dear AIDS INDIA Friends,

I have been urged to circulate the following invite by China HIV/AIDS

Information Network (CHAIN). They are keen to have Indian best practices, case

studies and relevant documents for sharing among their audience. I attach below

their brief introduction and point of contact in case any of you would like to

share your learnings and experience.

China HIV/AIDS Information Network (CHAIN) is a nationwide platform for

government, NGOs and international organizations to exchange and share

information. Co-funded by the National Center for AIDS Control (NCAIDS),

Institute for Health Education (IHE) and Chinese Association of STD & AIDS

Prevention and Control (CASAPC) in 2002, within five years time, it has received

strong support from many international organizations like UNAIDS, UNICEF, WHO,

HAPAC, etc.

CHAIN's goals are to promote information exchange and resource sharing in the

field of China's AIDS prevention and control; market the best practical

experiences and strengthen the communication and cooperation among government,

NGOs, media and grass-root organizations.

As a platform for information exchange and open discussion, CHAIN cordially

invites international organization and individuals to join us. Strictly obeying

the principles of justice, efficiency, accuracy and objectivity, CHAIN will

provide individuals from governments and society alike with user-oriented,

trustworthy and valuable information.
