,I bought this on your recommendation and forgot what or why LOL !!! So I started giving it to the kids for the last day or two.The reason I just went searching thru old messages is because my son had some new behavior today and it was *remarkable* so I went looking...

This is what you said some time ago: " Another thing I would also consider (talk to your DAN about) -- is CoQ10, and L-Carnitine. My brother (who is also on Zinc Monomethionine) ate like a bird, and recently, I started supplementing with a combo of CoQ10 and L-Carnitine (MRM Brand, not a great supplement in terms of ingredients) (about a month now) -- and his appetite has picked up tremendously. We had tried separate supplements, without the kind of progress we are currently getting. "

WELLLL, do you want to hear what my little bird ate tonight? Now granted he didn't have much of a breakfast or snack, but that is actually pretty usual. Tonight at 4:30, he ate 3.5 chicken thighs. Um, I baked four, for the family, LOL !!! Then after martial arts, at 6:00, he tells me he wants to go out to a restaurant. He wants crab legs, his new favorite... We ordered the add-on king crab legs, it was supposed to be 1/2 lb... turns out they sent out the wrong order and we got 1.5 lbs instead... he ate about a lb of it. OMG !!!

AND my daughter ate her entire portion of grilled chicken ( ~4 - 5 oz??) and 2 portions of broccoli.

Completely shocked... these kids, I have to twist their arms to get them to eat 2 bites of meat usually... so all that chicken... wow.

I googled carnitine and appetite and it says it is a suppressant? Huh? LOL

I also noticed some improved pronunciation but thought I had to be imagining it. :-)
