Guest guest
Greetings to all. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to recruit against the high paying NH jobs? I had a very good PTA candidate interview, and we offered her a position that filled all of her needs: aquatics, wound care, OP skill development, broad scope of services offered, program development, individual treatments, paperwork time (no doubling, etc), a very fair rate of pay for her years of experience, mentoring by staff with no less then 9 years experience. She indicated it was an excellent fit for her...until her employer found out and offered her another 10k, + drive time paid. So she now only works 5.5 hours, drives an hour each way and is paid for it and takes no lunch. How do we compete? Also, will there ever be a " great equalizer " between the NH and the rest of the rehab world? Thanks in advance.
