How do I post messages correctly? Too much mail

I do appreciate what people are saying about too much mail. It is all

getting too confusing for me - what with switching server I'm just about to

give up!

I love reading through the mail but I hate it when I come across half a

message which is sent in reply to someone and addressed to the group. I

think my problem will be compounded more as I can't find the delete key on my

other server.

This may offend some but it appears people are not reading or taking notice

of the messages for addressing mail correctly.

I am sure we all have our own ways to doing it but for me if I want to reply

to a posting I addresss my message to the address where the message came FROM:

if you use the REPLY TO: we all get a copy and that is why we are getting so

much post. I think I have everyone's e-mail address in my 'book' so it's

quite easy this way.

Maybe someone could help me with the difference between the FORWARD and REPLY

keys?

I can certainly understand how some people are disgruntled about the amount

of mail we received when so many messages about correct posting are sent.

Okay so I am crabby at the moment - I am having a hard enough time trying to

work this darn computer out without any more problems and then of course

there is my daughter to fit in somewhere.

Kindness (honest) always -

My new e-mail address is stephanie.heselton@... but I'm still

working out how to do it!!
