BTW - last night at Ruby Tuesday's I had a hankering for ribs, but I don't like BBQ sauce, and besides I knew it would have too many carbs. I asked if it was possible to have it with no sauce, and the waiter (flirt) said of course it was. So I had them, and let me tell you they were good. There were some herbs sprinkled on them (I had a half rack) and I had steamed broccoli instead of the rice pilaf and I asked for butter with it. The butter was outstanding, for some reason, and the broccoli was beautiful. I made a salad with some raw spinach, chopped egg, sliced black olives, sliced green olives, bean sprouts, more chopped egg and ranch dressing. It was a really good meal and since had a coupon for each of us, we got $5 off each. My bill was only $10.98. As suspected, I do feel like a blimp today, but happiness is the fact that my weight is the same.

Eating out can be a pleasure on this woe.
