Guest guest
S., will be entering preschool in February and I'm already having panick attacks over how the heck am I going to get this kid up, ready, eat, etc. before the van shows up. It takes him FOREVER to eat. How the heck does the rest of the world with RSS kids do this? We've had some luxury of time to allow for eating, but now with school coming into the picture, obviously that luxiury is gone. Maybe I should just home school? Naaaaaaaaah, can't be bothered. Too tired. I'm actually looking forward to being in school for a bit. It's taken me a long time to reach this point, but I feel some of the pressures in dealing with his RSS/Speech issues will be somewhat relieved with other people taking care of him 4 mornings a week. He will have a one-on-one para-professional soley responsble for him. He's getting OT services plus ST services 4X/week. Once he's in school, then I will only have 2 left at home M-Th mornings -- Yeeeeeeeeeeeehhhhhhh!!! I feel a break coming on. It's gotta get better than it's been cause I'm burnt out, fried out, tired out, worn out, etc. This triplet thing/ thing has finally caught up to me. Birth to Three (our early intervention program) has been wonderful, but they are in my house 5 times/week. I can't wait to kick them all out and get 's services met at school. Just a little happy if you can't tell already. Cheryl Mom to , and - 35 months
