Hi Shona thanks for the phone call, I am feeling much better now, it was

only a cold and bad cough together with a sore throat, all fixed now. Sonja

and the boys are better too except Sonja has a bad back at the moment so I

have been going to her house to do her washing etc so I have not had much

time to post.

I am really sorry your brother was insensitive but he probably did not mean

anything by it. I for one think you look fantastic and I am really pleased

for you, well done keep up the good work.

Hally I would love to come to the dinner on the 12th, I am really looking

forward to seeing you all again.

Ally I have rang a, but I can only get the answering machine, she has

not rang me back, so I will give it another go tomorrow.

I have lost the weight I put on while on holiday and I am back down to my

goal weight of 70Kgs, so I am one happy bandster.

Welcome to all the new bandsters I have not been posting for a while but I

will try and post more often.
