Trailblazer EDI enrollment through Office Ally

Is anyone currently using Office Ally and a Medicare-Trailblazer Texas

provider?  I have just started using OfficeAlly and I am trying to get enrolled

with trailblazer, but the submitter # office ally is giving RR3426 is their

Railroad medicare#. Office ally says that is the only # they have.  Has anyone

else had a problem getting enrolled?    Or do you have a connection at medicare

I can talk to to get this ran through?
