If all else fails, on any computer, especially if you

are in the first year of ownership and/or if you have

a warranty, call the company from which you purchased

the blooming thing. I have, at the moment, Gateway.

I have a long warranty and can call them at no cost to

me for technical support anytime--you thought I found

this stuff in some book somewhere?--only kidding.
