Nadia i have just experienced the spit.....today i feel really

tight....and i just bought some yummy cheese raviloi....scoofed down 3

pieces and all of a sudden i had this spit coming into my mouth....rushed

to the ladies....as this is a new experience for me....so far i have only

vomitted once and was heavily intoxicated at the time....and just stood

hovering over the toilets spitting out spit (clear normal spit)....then

after a min or two..,.i burped and i felt ok again....now i sit staring at

the rest of it,..so tempting.....might try a couple of pieces of

vegies.....
