Hi Kerrie - I too had a bit of a hiatus at around 94-95....be assured it

does get going again! I am now having a break at around 88 - but hopefully

it will start to move soon....perhaps if I started to move a little more it

would!!

I can't really offer any advice on the evening eating thing - my experience

seems to be totally random - some days I can eat like a pig, other days I

can't eat much at all....some mornings are foul, some evenings....I have

given up trying to predict it!! Does anyone else find this??
