Guest guest
BTW, anybody had any trouble w/ honey? I haven't, just wondering if it is at all important to get raw honey. I mean, should I get a honey labelled as 'RAW HONEY'. I've been eating a honey labelled as 'natural honey', I assume this is fine as I haven't had any trouble. This is from the web site Bee Pollen Illegal Pollen is irritating to a damaged gut. Clear, pure, pasteurized honey is okay. Cloudy honey (still containing the pollen) should be avoided. - Sheila http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/legal/legal_illegal_a-c.htm All The Best, LouNeed a new ride? Raw unfiltered honey can sometimes be problematic for some people. Mara
