Hi Everyone,

I'd like to know if the following veggies are legal: rapini, belgian

endive, radicchio, radishes (red outside/white inside as well as the

long white one). Can someone please help?

Thank you.

Yep, all legal.

Most salad ingredients and all green leafy vegetables are legal.

They're legal, but could be considered more advanced foods. You

haven't been on SCD very long, so you might want to wait a while longer

before attempting them, depending on your symptoms.

Since you have UC I'd expect you couldn't handle much raw and/or

spicier foods as yet. Which would make these foods something to wait

until you're symptom-free before trying.
