I've started trusting my own instincts and taking things as slowly as possible, avoiding doing things when I hurt too bad...and I've never been in less pain. >> Exactly, although my reference point isn't pain, it's range of motion and ease of subluxations. I've been in bad shape, and I've been in great shape, and there's never seemed to be any difference in how my body worked, or how it responded to outside forces...EDS seems to merrily go on doing what it wants to me, despite the things I've tried to reduce its effects...
