Best social worker award for the year

World AIDS Day is been observed every year on 1st December. Similarly

World AIDS Day is to be observed in this year on 1st December 2007

with theme Stop AIDS - Leadership. In this regard Tamil Nadu AIDS

Control Society (TANSACS) has planned to organize various programmes.

As one of the event they have decided to give best social worker

award for the year.

They have decided to select one best social worker for the year 2007.

The best social worker award is to be given to the person who has

been involved in doing service in HIV field. The Doctors, Social

Workers and Others those who have been involved in doing service to

the People Living With HIV AIDS can apply for the award.

The award is to given based on various criteria by the award

selection committee. The award selection committee has members from

various organisations. The committee has officials from TANSACS,

APAC, CAPACS, Mr. Pitchaimani from positive network, Ms. Noori from

SIP+ and Mr. Ramapandian from TNP+.

The persons who have been involving in doing service to the People

Living With HIV AIDS are requested to send their Bio-Data to the

selection committee. Along with their Bio-Data they must send the

details about the services done by them and the achievement in their

field of service.

All are requested to send their details to the selection committee as

soon as possible to finalize the awardee. They must send their
