Guest guest
Wow! I'm sitting here feeling like a train hit me. I did very well yesterday: Breakfast: turkey omelet (made with 2 eggs) Lunch: Chicken fajita meat with a little melted cheese Dinner: Chicken breast, 1 cup cooked spinach, 1/2 cup green beans and 2 SF chocolate candies for dessert. Oh, but during the night I hit the floor with a muscle spasm running down my inner right leg! I got up so quickly that apparently my blood pressure hit the floor too. The room was spinning, my ears were buzzing, and I was in agony. So here I was trying for a few seconds to stretch out the cramp, then having to lay across the bed to keep from passing out. Then back up to stretch and then back down on the bed. Finally after a few minutes I was able to lay down and after some deep breathing, the buzzing stopped. I was really scared for a few minutes! No sympathy from DH though. I told him this morning that the thought of calling an ambulance had crossed my mind last night. He was like, " you had a leg cramp and you got dizzy, get over it! " Oh well. My leg is still sore this morning, but I've taken some extra potassium. I also " cheated " a little on induction and had 2 small pieces of LC bread with SF peanut butter a while ago. The BRIGHT side to all this is I'm down a pound . So I'm off to the gym to try to do some cardio and stretching. Have a great day everyone! I'll check back in later. J.
