Guest guest
Hey , Just read your bit about your father. Gave me goosebumps - like looking into my past. Isn't it great that we have been given this wonderful contraption that allows us to put all these strictures of the past into some sort of perspective. For " father " read " mother " . I have much the same sort of eating pattern now - some days very easy to eat three times a day; other times I pick and graze; somedays I just have liquids. I don't worry about it, just make sure I've got the right kind of grazing food in the kitchen. For the first time in my life, my stomach tells me when it wants to eat by the loudest grumbles imaginable, and what it wants to eat so I go with that. With a weight loss of 72kgs+ (going to the nutritionist this Friday-won't have scales at home....... can't wait!) over a three year lapband experience, I figure it may be slow, but it has come off which I know wouldn't have happened if I had tried to force myself into the unsuccessful diet regimes of the past forty years.
