Dave,

When submitted this question about TRPN I had received a fax with an

agreement similar to what you mentioned. After doing a little research I

found that they were asking the provider to take a reduced payment. I'm sure

the savings went into their pockets. However, what was interesting was how

they were attempting to get providers to join into their program. It was

quite underhanded and misleading. I chose not to participate with them. I

have no knowledge of how well they actually reimburse or what additional red

tape they have providers go through.

I just got a fax for a W-9 to be faxed to TRPN, however, in the 2 nd page

was an agreement to accept 75% of billed charges. I thought it was very

sneaky, however, does this group have any +ve experience with TRPN? or are

we going to the same road as MEDRISK?

and how can they pay us 75% of what is billed?? very fishy.
