Why is it, with all the eggs, meat, cheese, and etc. on the SC Diet,

everyone (usually a well-meaning friend) wants a stupid, processed

non-whole food PROTEIN POWDER?

Eating healthy SCD whole foods, you don't NEED a protein powder!

I was thinking that - she admitted scd is outside of her training as

she wanted me to have grains etc - so i think just upping my protein -

real protein should be ok - someone mentioned L glutamine??/ does it

feed yeast i read that somewhere - what is it for??/

thanks

No l-glutamine gets eaten up by yeast.L-glutamine is a amino acid to be taken hour before a meal, the powder is the best JH

safe protein powder = peanut butter (find a legal one of course). It put lots of weight on me :)Or lin's response makes me think of Rocky. half a dozen raw eggs and out the door running.
