Update from CMS - Therapy Caps

CMS released Transmittal 1407 on their website today

with a date of release of January 10, 2008. The

effective date of the transmittal is January 1, 2008.

The dollar amount of outpatient therapy caps for 2008

are provided in this CR along with clarifications to

the manual concerning exceptions to outpatient therapy

services.
