Guest guest
To, Mr. B.S. Benerjee, The Project Director, DSACS, Sec.-6, Rohini, Delhi-85. Dear Sir, I Visited the official in ICTC Center of Babu Jagjeevan Ram Hospital (BJRH) yesterday (on 08/05/2008) morning. I saw there is no toilet, drinking water, seating arrangements for the patients and there is only a single table for three counsellers and no table or chairs for patients. Daily, approximately thirty five people, including pregnant women visit ICTC for HIV testing. So, I request to you to kindly arrange the basic facilities for patients and also relief for pregnant ladies. Guest guest
Dear Forum, Re: /message/8774 On one hand the NACO is talking of quality and standards in upscaling the facilities, but on the other hand the gound realities are starkly different in the capital itself. Urgent action should be taken to make the ICTC client friendly and ensure privacy for clients. Three conselors are not needed. I feel if the rest two do some outreach activity by rotation, the clients will at least have some place to sit.
