TORONTO sources of food and support needed!!

Hello 2 all,

I am located in Toronto, CAnada and am looking for ongoing

support/info. from someone who is also in the vicinity and has been on

the SCD diet 1 year or more.

Alternatively, I am looking for low cost vitamin, minerals and enzymes

that are available in Toronto,Canada and that have been verified.

I am also looking for a local (as in within Toronto) source of real

apple cider so if anybody has any leads, please pass it on my way

Of course I'll still call them and ask for a mailed letter,etc. but

this'll save me A LOT of time which means I can start the diet MUCH

sooner. And trust me, I definitely need to start it soon!

This is the ~last thing~ I need done b4 I can FINALLY start, so I'll

be indebted to anybody who can help.
