Guest guest
I think I got 68, and missed two cities. But then I grew up in a multi-lingual family, have lived in a lot of countries, if only briefly, and was married to an Austrian-German hus band, had a Hungarian room-mate in college, and have been all over West and East Europe. I have friends from Australia and New Zealand, and I got the Belgium one, from Liege (missed the city, I think) only because I had heard that accent in Southern Africa--in what was then the Belgian Congo. One of my brothers took the test first on the same computer, so the game asked me whether I was sure that I had not taken it before. I was the third person to take it, and none of us allowed the other two to watch nor to listen--had to wander out for a bit. On the other hand, I think that I have forgotten at least five names in the last two days. Thank you for this gem, Val, and love to each of you. n P.S. I could only access the typed link on google; I think it was www.languagetrainersgroup.com/accent.html M.~
