Guest guest
Not to sound discouraged as I am not and I thank that SCD is in my life daily my quality of life has improved significantly for me. I am just wondering if my healing is slower than the average? How long does it normally take to " really " bounce back and heal? I have been sick for 17 years diagnosed for 12 out of those 17. So I realize there is a lot of layers to my healing. I am on the diet now almost 8 months and I struggle a lot. Do most people see very good results being fanatical for 2 years and what I mean by that is eating very simple foods during those 2 years. How many people can eat elaborate food items on the first year of SCD? Does everyone go on such a roller coaster ride? How many people struggle with Candida too? It is such a shame that there are no real large scale studies of SCD. It's a disservice for humanity. Way to go for drama but seriously if so many people improve... anyway.. I don't want to go on a whole rant about conspiracies. Jodi SCD 7 months Crohn's/Colitis
