You will get there on the 2 miles in 30 min, you are soo close and before long it will be 25 min!!!! I have hardly been on the tread the last couple weeks, I've been so bad! When I have been I haven't been going very long or fast. Monday my life returns to normal. Niki left Thurs night and Mike goes back to work and Cassie back to school. That is when my " new year " officially starts I have decided. :-) Keep up the great work! You are making me feel guilty! LOL Oh I was going to ask, I can't remember, are you keeping a log on your tread time? I really get a kick out of actually seeing what I did a year or two ago compared to what I can now!
