Positive network in Chhattisgarh

Dear FORUM,

This is a bit strange, there are no known and registered positive

network in the state of Chhattisgarh.

There are surely a lot of people who are positive, but still somehow either they

have not been able to come together or they have not found any leader under whom

they can do so. In states like UP where the positive networks are functional, it

becomes helpful for positive people to come together.

May be there will be a network by the time NACP III ends.

Lets work for the positive and not against them
