Guest guest
Hi Suzanne, I bet that if you contact Excalibur they’d send you a copy of the basic manual. Their link is below. The Excalibur site lists books so I ordered Preserve it Naturally—but I couldn’t view the index or table of contents. When I checked out Amazon I was able to view the contents of other dehydrator books and they looked good. Amazon had an older version of Preserve it Naturally that was reasonably priced. I would think that many of the recipes in the book aren’t SCD compliant, so I’ll have to adapt. But I’m interested in the very basics right now, such as drying veggies, fruit, making fruit leather, etc (and drying herbs). Thus have forgotten what to do. Where did you get the cookbook? Suzanne
