AIDS Awareness in Mewat, Haryana

Dear All,

I want to start Aids Awareness programme in Mewat district of Haryana. Mewat,

dominated by Meo Muslims is one of the most backward regions of Haryana. I am a

P.hD student studying Reproductive Tract Infection among women in Mewat. The

area is sensitive but the need is acute.

Prior to this I was working as Pragram Leader with the Sehgal Foundation based

in Gurgaon. This program will be undertaken in collaboration with Sehgal

Foundation in the area. Currently they are working in around 20 villages.

I would request the members to let me know how, where and whom to appraoch for

this activity. Help me to identify organisations working with sensitive

population and ready to provide their professional inputs.
