A state level NGO requires personnel for the following four posts!

I. A State level Programme Coordinator for Women Empowerment

Candidate should possess:

1. A degree in MSW or equivalent with a minimum of 5 yrs experience

in Women's Empowerment programme;

2. At least 5 years experience in managing and co-coordinating a

programme

3. Skills in report writing and compilation in English

4. Proficiency in English and Kannada language

5. Willingness to travel to the district headquarters and to the

field in Karnataka at least 5 to 8 days in a month.

II. A State level Programme Trainer/Coordinator for training Self

Help Groups (SHGs) to become Micro-entrepreneurs

Candidate should possess:

1. A Master's degree or equivalent;

2. Experience of at least 5 years in promoting Micro Entrepreneurship

(small businesses) among rural poor women of Self Help Groups

3. Experience in organizing trainings for Micro-Enterprise among the

rural poor.

4. Proficiency in Kannada & English language;

5. Training and report writing skills;

6. Willingness to travel to the district headquarters and to the

field in Karnataka.

III. Documentation Officer

Candidate should possess:

1. A Master's degree or equivalent/Bachelor's degree with proficiency

in English

2. At least 5 years of Experience in report writing and compilation

in English

3. Adequate knowledge of computer

4. Ready to travel once in a while to field when required to gather

information.

5. Skills in photography and working knowledge of Kannada will be

helpful.

IV. Field Coordinator for HIV/AIDS

Candidate should possess:

1. A degree in MSW or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years experience

in HIV/AIDS programme;

2. Fluency in English and Kannada language

3. Training and Documentation skills;

4. Willingness to travel to the district headquarters and to the

field in Karnataka.

For all the above posts, Salary will commensurate with Qualification

and experience.
